The Delicious Broiled Salmon & Garden Vegetable Dish for Cotons

Isn't it look delicious?

This is the another dish that I often like to prepare for our Coton family. I smashed the oven broiled Salmon with a folk and stir it with sweet pea and carrots. It is already lightly seasoned with sea salt with olive oil and some herbs(I use provence herb) so I don't need to add any extra except little bit more of parsley flakes over their bowls.
The only problem is I don't really get to see how much they enjoy thier meal. It is already all gone so fast as soon as I leave their bowl.
