Sweet baby doll Vivienne and her new forever loving mommy.

My sweet little Vivienne left here today with her new mommy to her forever loving home today.. ]

It is always very hard to say goodbye to my baby dolls. At least I know she will be very very loved and have so much fun at her new home. I know she will be okay on the airplane ride and not scared. I hope she remembers us and her sisters and brother here. If she could hear me,"hello my sweet baby doll Vivienne, you will have so much fun and be loved by your new family. I want you to be very happy and healthy. I know you will be.."

Coton puppies went to Dr. Madigan's

Abigail,Vivienne,Leo and Isabelle from the left in Dr. Roy Madigan's arms.

They had their first exam and the needle at the Dr.Madigan's office. They all did very well and so healthy. :) They all are around 2 pounds weighs. I predict that these Coton babies going to be smaller than the breed standards which I like. My tiny little Beau had lepto shot and he only weigh 7 pounds which is very small for a male Coton. No wonder I named him Little(Tiny)Beau... It was fun and also expensive day for me.. hahaha....

"Happy 18th Birthday"

"Happy 18th Birthday!"

My baby girl is in her freshman year of college already. Why didn't I realize that time flies by like this fast.. Although, there are some regrets that I could've done better for my girl when I look back, but I am so happy for my girl who turned to a beautiful, bright young lady. She's doing very well at her college and also having wonderful new experiences with her new friends and teachers. I belive and hope that all these new experiences will nurishes her more and will make a great foundation on her future. I love you so much my baby girl..

Updates from Emma's Mommy

Hi Alex,

Please forgive my delay in sending this certificate to you. Between business travel, vacation, house guests and the start of the new school year, I fell behind in my home responsibilities.

Emma is growing up to be a big, beautiful Coton. I will try to attach pictures to the next e-mail, if you receive this one and are able to open the attachment. One of our friends has been staying with us while waiting for her new home to close escrow. She has two poodle mix dogs, approximately Emma's size. Emma is thoroughly enjoying their company.

I was surprised to hear that you moved to Texas. Your home in California was beautiful. Did you move for Mike's job? Do you enjoy Texas?

Please write back to confirm your receipt of Emma's certificate.

Thanks,

Updates from Little Beau's Mommy

Hi Alex,

How are you and the pups enjoying your new home??? I miss not getting photos and updates from you.

I thought you’d enjoy the email below about Little Beau. We took him with us to San Francisco and he stayed at The Fairmont Hotel with us. When we were working during the day, he went to two different day care places: The Hound Lounge and Bark to Basics. He even took The Pet Taxi one morning when we were rushed. Anyway, he was so well liked when we walked him thru the lobby of the hotel. Everyone had to stop to pet him and ask what kind of dog, his name, etc. One evening he sat in a chair with Michael in the hotel lobby bar while we had a meeting, and Little Beau fell right to sleep. He is truly the perfect dog. A wonderful addition to our family.
When I returned home, the 2 Ragdoll kitties wouldn’t leave him alone. They had missed him so much.
As I write this, Little Beau and his kitty brothers are asleep at the foot of my desk.
Thank you again for providing us with a most fantastic child.

Subject: RE: Beau's report card

When I picked up Zoe from Shura yesterday, I said, "how did Little Beau do?" she paused and said "He is..." and I though, uh oh...here we go..."so awesome!! We said we wished that Beau lived here. He was great."

I reminded her to put his day care on my bill and she indicated 'don't worry about it...' so she may not even charge for him!!!
Geez, free day care??? I will check and see if she bills me for two dogs on those days but you may have gotten a freebie with Shura...the Hound Lounge will not be as generous. It is a business for them. Shura has much less overhead. I will let you know.

I started to like the wether here. I love the sound of thunder. It is really big which I don't think I've heard this loud and so close in California. It is pretty romantic.

Update from Sofie's Mommy

I was so amused by reading this update from Sofie's mom. I've read the update more than four times and it still amuses me about how Sofie's funny character can bring smiles and laughs to their family. I can see her beautiful soft coat that is inherited from her mommy,Scarlet and she looks just gorgeous! :)

Hi Alex,

I have attached Sofie's spay and microchip paperwork. She was such a good little patient, never had to wear the big collar and seemed to heal quickly and recover well.

She's back to her cute and funny little self! Dave and I are taking her to a puppy class and puppy playgroup. She's very quiet and reserved around the pups and people at class, which we find pretty funny because she is such a little social butterfly at home, checking in on everyone and everything : ) She has learned most things pretty quickly, but has the most difficulty with 'down', she just keeps popping back up so she can do it again and get another treat. I think that means she is training me : ) Her coat is just so beautiful. I think her adult coat might be starting to come in because it has that sort of shine that I saw in Scarlet's coat, and the same softness. I took her picture this past weekend when I gave her a bath so you could see how she's grown, and right as I was taking it, she shook her head, of course Dave laughed. Then I got her all set again, looking beautiful, picked up the camera and she shook again.... she is so funny! I'm attaching the picture where she shook her head, but I'll try to take some more pictures and send them later so you can see how she is doing.
Best,

Updates from Little Beau's Mommy

"Hi Alex,
Little Beau has been back and forth to Calgary several times and LOVES all of the attention he gets in the airports. We will be going to the coast for 10 days, and then to the Fairmont in San Francisco for another week. Thanks to my siste,r we have lined up the Pet Taxi so that he can go to the Hound Lounge to play each day while we work. He is so much fun and such a perfect little pup. We could not imagine life without him!! Thank you for providing us with a most wonderful addition to our family.

Episode Number One

Since we haven't tried good brunch after we moved in San Antonio,we decided to go out for a brunch at the hotel restaurant in downtown san Antonio for a change. We reserched on the computer and found the one has five star rated. It was at the "River Walk" and the table was right next to the window that you have whole view of river and the ducks. There was a crusing boat with full of people on the boat since it was weekend. The location of the table and the food was perfect. I always think about my fur kids whenever I dinning out and end up aking to our server to bring the container to put left over meat for our Cotons. Today, I tried the same thing even though I knew they don't allow customers to take the food out. Our server was very nice and she took my husband's plate that has left over prime rib to the kitchen to transfer to the container. Since I had too much coffee and other things, my prime rib was barely touched and still left on the plate. I asked the server to do the same thing and she took my plate and headed to the kitchen. Later, she came out with no prime rib and politely informed us that we only allowed one container to take with us. Well, I should've kept mine instead of my husband's since my left over was lot bigger. At home, our Cotons had a nice little bite and they all seemed enjoyed their snack that I brought it for them any way. What a sacrificing mommy I am!! (hahaha) :)

Episode Number Two

When I had a lunch at Cheesecake factory the other day, I tried the new dish that I haven't tried before. The name of the dish was "Tomato,Basil Pasta and Garlic sauce". It was on their specialty menu. I really liked the sauce and I end up asking more sauce three times to our server. I brought the left over to home and tried that sauce to my fur kid's dinner. I mixed the sauce with their food and they totally devoured the plate completely so fast. The main ingredience of the sauce was made out of tomato puree, garlic and basil. It is very healthy for us and them, too. The only one bad thing for me: their mouth got stained with tomato sauce which means one extra cleaning job for me! :)
